Availability Requirements

During Business Hours (9a-7p (M-F):

​4 hours minimum per day - 6 hours maximum per day - ​2x per week week minimum

​After Business Hours (7p-11p/ 7a-9a):

2 hours minimum per day - 4 hours maximum per day - 3x per week minimum

Weekend Hours:

4 hours minimum per day - ​8 hours maximum per day

Virtual Hours:

1 hours minimum per day - ​2 hours maximum per day
Cost Breakdown:

Time, labor, clutter amount, cleanliness, property size, amount of rooms, travel time, and other client centered factors are used in determining all project costs.
